PLACEMENT & TRAINING  

The training and placement cell of RNCET is setup with a mission of
 

• Assisting in overall development of students with balanced set of technical skills and personality development skills

• To set up alliance between the various departments of RNCET and leading IT and Non IT Industries

• To bridge the gap in the Industry demand supply chain by providing high quality graduates.
   

This department is focused on activities such as group discussions and workshops on a series of recruitment techniques, mock tests and interviews, presentations, industrial orientations & visits, encouraging both campus and off-campus Recruitment Programmes, etc.

Right from fourth semester onwards, specific technical and non-technical pre-placement training is conducted to equip students to handle interviews and recruitment processes, and emerge successful. The department of English is a helping hand in this program
